Christmas Lights Questions
Straight answers about how our Christmas lights service works in Trussville, from the lease and the yearly price to repairs, install dates and what happens after you reach out.
Do I have to supply my own lights?
No. We provide commercial grade lights through a lease system, so you never buy or own them. Because of that, we do not install lights that customers supply.
Do you repair lights during the season?
Yes. In season service and maintenance are part of what we do, and the lights carry a lifetime warranty.
Why does my price stay the same each year?
Because the lights are leased, your price stays the same for every year you remain a customer with the same design.
Does the price change from year to year?
It stays the same each year you remain a customer with the same design. If you add something, such as trees, the price goes up, and if you remove something, such as wreaths or shrubs, it goes down.
Do you take the lights down and store them?
Yes. Takedown and storage between seasons are included.
What kind of lights do you use?
C9 warm white is our standard lighting color, and other colors are available upon request.
When do you install and take down the lights?
Installations run from the second week of October through December, and takedown is usually in the first or second week of January. If you want a later takedown, let us know and we will accommodate it.
What if a light goes out?
Call, text or email us, and our team will be out to fix it within 24 hours. That is our 24 hour guarantee.
Do you also do wreaths, garland and bows?
Yes, along with tree wraps and bush or shrub wraps, depending on what you want. If you only want lights, we do only lights, and if there is something we cannot do, we tell you right away.
Do you do businesses as well as homes?
Yes, including larger buildings and multiple locations within our service area. We do not schedule installs after hours.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Trussville and the surrounding communities listed on our service areas page, and the address checker confirms coverage for your address.
How do I get started?
Request an estimate on the website or call the office at (205) 537-8647.
What happens after I request an estimate?
We text you to confirm your preferences, call if we need more details, and create a mockup design from the photo you send. A recent photo taken on your phone works best, because pictures found online are often outdated.
